Do You Prefer Cute or Spooky Halloween Decor?
If you are aiming for Halloween festive that is kid-friendly, try a Jack-O-Lantern inspired candle setting or a spooky but cute tealight holder. For those truly going for the dark and mysterious side of the holiday, there are plenty to choose from too. From vintage looking potions to terrifyingly awesome drip candles, we have your ghoulish side covered.
Craft Materials for Halloween Candles
Your local crafts store is overflowing with Halloween merch at this time of year. But, think outside the box for items to help you craft the spookiest Halloween candles. Your local dollar store can provide inspiration and cheap materials. For example, pool noodles cut at different heights and decorated, can be oversized candles!
Safety First!
I encourage you to use flameless, battery-operated candles for your DIY Halloween candle project, if possible. They look so realistic and you eliminate the risk of fire. I also like the look of mini LED string lights. If you have lanterns, remove the pillar candles, stack some mini pumpkins and add a set of orange mini LED lights! Ta-da!
